The Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) is the trade association representing all major carpet manufacturers. CRI member companies manufacture over 95% of all the carpeting sold each year. Since 2007, the use of equipment and cleaning solutions with the CRI "Seal of Approval" is required for all carpet still under factory warranty (carpet warranties usually last 10-20 years). Use of cleaning companies not approved by CRI may void your carpet warranty. We are very proud to be one of the first companies in Colorado approved by CRI for their Seal of Approval Program. In fact SectraClean is a CRI "Authorized Service Provider" for all major carpet brands including, Shaw Floors, Mohawk and Beaulieu of America.

The Professional Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners Association (PCUCA). is a regional trade association dedicated to setting and improving standards of service for the industry and protecting consumers. Our owners have served on the Board of Directors of the PCUCA for years.
The PCUCA code of ethics requires us to:
- Exercise the highest professional standards of workmanship and courteous service to customers.
- Promote and represent products and services with honesty and integrity.
- Conduct business within the law, practice fair trade, and exhibit professional conduct.
- Maintain a policy of continuning education to improve expertise, to keep up with technology, and to meet the ever changing industry warranty requirements and standards.
IICRC (www.iicrc.org)
The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). is the only national training and certification body for the carpet cleaning industry. Using IICRC certified technicians is either recommended or required by all major carpet manufacturers. The IICRC certification is your assurance that a qualified professional is caring for your carpet.
